Navigating business highs and lows throughout her impactful career, Julietta is unquestionably a force for good in both professional and private endeavours. Humble in her achievements, impassioned by diversity and giving back, she talks openly about the gifts to be found in Failure and the importance of finding life balance.
Having founded The Communication Store in the mid-nineties her company at its peak had around 100 staff and Julietta tirelessly invested in nurturing her teams telling me that “leadership is a privileged position of looking after others.” Indeed, Julietta devotes time to looking after others beyond her 2 daughters and her team at Brand Potential where she is currently CEO, to the tens of thousands of clients she helps dress and coach for interviews as the Chair of UK women’s unemployment charity Smart Works.
She’s also written a leadership bible wholly focused on the values of kind leadership. Something I hold very dear to my heart.
